Felix is seeking a Production Coordinator with a strong understanding of performance marketing, talent sourcing, and production workflows. Reporting to the associate creative director, you will collaborate closely with our tight-knit team of strategists, designers, video editors, and content creators to bring concepts to life in a growth-stage environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a vetted roster of creators, actors, photographers, videographers, and production assistants, complete with rate cards, availability, and specialties.
- Orchestrate weekly project plans and daily schedules, ensuring creative deliverables hit every deadline from ideation to launch.
- Negotiate rates, issue SOWs, and track POs/invoices to stay within defined budgets.
- Source locations, props, and wardrobe as needed; oversee production days when required.
- Translate creative briefs into clear shot lists, call sheets, timelines, and deliverable checklists.
- Brief content creators, actors, and creative partners, including photographers, videographers, editors, and designers, while maintaining strong working relationships.
- Run post-shoot feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities and ensure consistency across deliverables.
- Secure all required usage rights, model releases, and compliance documentation before production begins.
- Ensure deliverables meet the brief, adhere to brand guidelines, ad platform specs, and compliance requirements as needed.
- Perform first-level QC, identify pacing, story flow, or visual issues and coordinate quick turnarounds with editors and creators.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in creative project management, production, or operations.
- Proven track record of improving creative processes in a growth-stage environment.
- Extremely organized and can manage a variety of creative requests and deliverables, from a wide range of creative partners and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and is an exceptional communicator.
- Maintains strict adherence to industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Obsesses over details and has a genuine passion for continuously optimizing the production processes.
- Kind and empathetic, and genuinely excited about the possibilities in the healthcare space.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Performance Marketing industry is a huge plus.
