Responsibilities
- Support daily studio setup and breakdown, including preparing stage, lighting, props, and talent needs for all scheduled shoots
- Assist with on-set execution by advancing slides, cueing timers, tracking reps, and supporting lighting cues during classes
- Prepare and reset the stage between shoots, ensuring accuracy of equipment, cleanliness, and readiness for upcoming content
- Capture thumbnail and supporting photos for production needs
- Partner with directors and producers during blocking to ensure alignment on class flow, equipment, and on-screen materials
- Monitor and flag any inconsistencies or issues during rehearsals and live shoots, helping maintain production quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked studio environment, including restocking kitchen and bathroom essentials, and supporting shared spaces
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures, including powering studio equipment, setting lighting states, and resetting spaces
- Support talent readiness by preparing water, towels, and required accessories
- Perform routine upkeep such as cleaning equipment, wiping surfaces, and maintaining stage floors
- Provide general support to the Production Manager, Office Coordinator, and broader studio team with runs, errands, and ad hoc requests
- Assist on photoshoots and specialty productions, supporting with equipment, props, and overall studio needs
- Communicate clearly with team members throughout the day to ensure alignment and efficient operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Assistant preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production, fitness, or live studio environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in studio setup, class preparation, and production workflows
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work early mornings and flexible production schedules
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Nice to Have
- Experience operating basic production equipment, including lighting systems, walkie-talkies, monitors, and digital presentation tools, is a plus
- Experience in fitness, media production, photography, or content creation environments is a plus

- Part-Time via TCWGlobal
- 8-hour guarantee day rate of $350
- Pay rate: $43.75/hr
- Early mornings and flexible production schedules
- Must be able to lift and transport production supplies, equipment, beverages, and studio accessories (up to 25-50 lbs)
