About the Role

The producer will oversee production activities for a key game title, driving planning, execution, and delivery across multidisciplinary teams while maintaining alignment with project goals and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Lead production workflows for game development across engineering, design, and art teams
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and schedule risks
  • Coordinate between internal departments and external partners
  • Track progress and report on key performance indicators and deliverables
  • Ensure team adherence to production standards and best practices
  • Manage dependencies across disciplines and external vendors
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights for decision-making
  • Maintain clear communication between development teams and stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience working on action or shooter game genres
  • Background in live-service or online multiplayer titles
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine or similar game engines
  • Experience with global team coordination across time zones
  • Understanding of game design principles and production pipelines
