Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution and delivery while gaining direct experience across all functions of the Sales Representative role
- Lead, prioritize, and coordinate workflows related to product trials, customer transitions, and PV system rollouts
- Meet customer objectives by managing expectations and assigning suitable internal resources
- Build and sustain customer relationships, including facilitating weekly business update meetings with customers and sales representatives
- Track project milestones and report progress updates to sales, product, and customer teams
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues
- Develop strong working relationships with assigned accounts and internal stakeholders such as Field Sales Representatives, management, and product teams
