The University of British Columbia (UBC) is hiring a Product Strategy Senior Advisor, Integrated Oncology Product Lead to drive the day-to-day development of Hermes, a new patient and provider-facing oncology product. You will be responsible for shaping product strategy, defining business requirements, and coordinating go-to-market efforts to enhance the cancer care experience, improve outcomes, and reduce costs.
What You'll Do
- Lead daily development of the Hermes oncology product, connecting the cancer journey for a better patient and provider experience.
- Provide primary oversight of product strategy, business requirements, development deliverables, and coordination with go-to-market teams.
- Support client and prospect meetings, incorporating client feedback directly into product strategy and requirements.
- Maintain and evolve a detailed product strategy and capability roadmap based on client feedback, market trends, and adoption projections.
- Develop and refine the financial business case for the Hermes product suite, coordinating with peers on shared product elements.
- Lead pilot program design and performance measurement, collaborating with data analytics, operations, partner teams, and internal clinical staff.
- Support the client-specific launch of pilot programs to ensure successful adoption.
- Develop and deliver ongoing product performance measurement as part of a multi-product bundle, including product P&L.
What We're Looking For
- Experience developing and launching a new medical benefit product or making major enhancements to an established medical product.
- Deep expertise with Utilization Management (UM) and/or Care Management (CM) products.
- Proven ability to collaborate and engage stakeholders across a large enterprise.
- Expertise with product value frameworks that include patient engagement and medical management.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, technology, pricing, sales, and marketing.
- Ability to work with key stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, pricing, operations, IT, legal, vendor partners, clinical programs, and other product owners.
- Familiarity with capability planning and roadmap development for new or existing products.
- Prior experience evaluating pilot program performance.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to promote products both internally and externally.

- Experience preferably in a complex condition such as cancer.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $116,800 - $194,600 USD yearly.
