Wisevu is looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of our digital marketing projects. You will serve as the central hub for project status in our fully remote team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all digital marketing projects.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project status, ensuring that all team members meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Oversee workflows, resource allocation, and team performance, ensuring top-tier results for clients while scaling smoothly.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics using SEO and Analytics tools.
- Monitor key operational metrics (e.g., project completion rates, client satisfaction) and report insights to leadership.
- Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring smooth project execution and a high-performing team environment.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, ideally in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Can articulate well and speak English professionally (IELTS Band 9, CEFR C2, or native).
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Exceptional understanding of SEO principles, both on-page and off-page.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and excel at leading and motivating teams.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and basic budgeting.
