Jobgether is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do

Define and own product scope, ensuring timely feature development and measurable success.
Draft PRDs with business cases, use cases, technical requirements, success metrics, and ROI analysis.
Review and refine designs for engineering handoff, managing the product backlog effectively.
Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and demos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, SEO, design, data, and engineering—to deliver high-quality products.
Monitor site and product metrics using analytics tools, run A/B tests, and perform hands-on UAT for feature launches.
Provide strategic recommendations for product updates based on user impact and business priorities.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in product management, shipping features, and working with agile teams.
Strong experience defining product requirements, scoping features, and managing backlogs.
Proficiency in drafting PRDs, framing actionable user stories, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product data and make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a curiosity-driven approach to user experience challenges.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, CMS platforms (WordPress), and SEO principles.
Experience with Looker or Heap is a plus.
