At Spreedly, we're looking for a Product Manager - E&S Homeowners to lead the development and management of homeowners insurance products across diverse markets. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving profitability and growth through strategic product initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Oversee multiple homeowners insurance portfolios and partner with underwriting to drive profitability and premium growth.
- Lead initiatives to design, refine, and enhance insurance products, including rate development, policy forms, and automation strategies.
- Utilize market intelligence, internal data, and financial analysis to identify performance gaps and implement actionable solutions.
- Advocate for innovative, data-driven practices to improve products and processes.
- Champion the retail agent user experience, ensuring product enhancements are intuitive, streamlined, and effective.
- Design analytical models to evaluate risk, pricing, and coverage for specialized scenarios.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of product management, underwriting, or portfolio management experience in property & casualty insurance.
- Proven track record in developing, pricing, and managing insurance products with strong analytical and financial skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Underwriting, Actuarial, Compliance, Sales, and Technology teams.
- Ability to interpret data, perform financial and root cause analyses, and translate findings into strategic initiatives.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- MBA is a plus.
- Preferably experience in homeowners or E&S markets.
