Leadtech is looking for a Product Owner to shape and deliver cutting-edge software solutions. You will translate innovative ideas into impactful digital products, working with a team of over 900 committed employees serving millions of users globally.

What You'll Do

Create product strategy aligned with the company's roadmap.
Explore data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, cohort analyses, trends, user segmentation, and regression models.
Analyze and prioritize the product backlog.
Work closely with the project manager and other product owners to execute business and user needs.
Test A/B designs.
Coordinate with the development team to execute, deliver, and improve the product.
Ensure deliverables meet requirements and business expectations.
Set up, analyze, and promote good practices for multivariate experiments.
Synthesize and communicate insights during product development.
Empower and guide others to work effectively with data.
Take ownership of maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

What We're Looking For

Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with A/B testing concepts.
Proven experience in launching and validating new business models from concept to market.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Technology passion and experience working with IT teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude, results-driven with a can-do approach.
Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management, negotiating and influencing to build consensus.
Advanced level in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, ideally with international experience.
Familiarity with agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a software developer is a strong asset.
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Analyst is a plus.
