Jobgether is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead impactful program delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this remote role, you will blend project management, Agile coaching, and change management to deliver high-quality technical solutions efficiently.

What You'll Do

Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Facilitate interdependencies across teams, work streams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Provide program updates, risk assessments, issue resolution, and change management guidance to stakeholders.
Define program structures, maintain scope documentation, and manage decision logs to provide clarity and direction.
Develop and present communications related to program strategy, delivery, and best practices.
Drive actionable decision-making and issue resolution using data, metrics, and industry insights.
Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships, ensuring commitments are met and performance standards are upheld.

What We're Looking For

7–10+ years of experience in solution delivery, project management, or program management.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with product management and SaaS or healthcare IT environments.
Familiarity with healthcare delivery standards including HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, FHIR, and WCAG.
Exceptional business acumen, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.
Proven ability to work in both start-up and large-scale environments, scaling processes, capabilities, and tools effectively.
