Visa is hiring a Product Strategy Manager to support the Senior Director of NA VAS Issuing Solutions across a range of product solutioning, strategy, commercialization, and planning activities. This is a hybrid position where you will help shape the future of payments solutions.
What You'll Do
- Support product roadmap, development, and launch of new processing solutions that meet the needs of potential target customers.
- Work with existing Visa processing businesses to leverage all existing capabilities in solution build, implementation, and post-launch optimization, ensuring new solutions are integrated seamlessly into our existing suite of products and services.
- Work with pilot and prospective clients to synthesize client feedback for product requirements and ensure voice of the customer is represented.
- Develop use-case, segment, and client-specific perspectives on solutions that solve key client problems and needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy development, informed by client segmentation analysis, market sizing, and competitive landscape implications.
- Track and report on key metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to drive product improvement and growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.
Nice to Have
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD.
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry.
- Ability to lead and manage complex workstreams or small projects independently.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated quantitative rigor.
- Proficiency and ideally power-user expertise with spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyze financial, operational, and market data.
- Outstanding stakeholder management abilities at both senior and junior levels.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills with impeccable written and oral communication.
- Self-starter, team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible approach.

Compensation range: $146,200.00 to $233,700.00 USD per year + eligible equity.
