Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Marketing Manager to own the strategic marketing plan and full launch cycle for TrenibotE in the MA market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product's marketing and business objectives from strategy through to execution.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for TrenibotE, driving the achievement of the product's marketing and business objectives.
- Lead the full product launch cycle for TrenibotE, including end-to-end planning and execution of launch strategies and tactical activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and track brand performance to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, medical, PR, digital, supply chain) to align resources and ensure seamless implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Manage and develop KOL resources, building long-term relationships to secure professional brand endorsement and academic support.
- Develop, control, and optimize the promotional budget to ensure rational allocation and high ROI of marketing resources.
- Establish effective communication between marketing and sales teams, providing timely marketing support, updating training materials, and conducting product training for the sales force.
- Leverage consumer marketing insights to shape TrenibotE's brand positioning and consumer-facing strategies to enhance brand penetration and recognition.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Medicine, Pharmaceutical Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of working experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing the full product launch cycle for pharmaceutical products in the Chinese market.
- Strong teamwork spirit with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-departmental teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders (KOLs, partners, cross-functional teams).
- Proactive and independent work attitude, with strong project management ability to lead complex marketing projects.
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), capable of daily work communication, report writing, and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data to make data-driven decisions.
- Good time management and multi-tasking abilities, able to prioritize work and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing channels and consumer media touch points.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience as a brand owner for pharmaceutical products.
- Experience in marketing consumer-oriented products (pharmaceutical or cross-industry).
