cargo.one is hiring a Product Operations Manager responsible for ensuring the cargo.one platform's offering is competitive, relevant, and bookable. You will manage airline partner integrations, run integration projects, investigate operational issues, and drive value for both airline partners and freight forwarder users.

What You'll Do

• Simplify and automate key monitoring and firefighting processes to enable internal teams and Airline partners to monitor performance efficiently.
• Run integration projects for new partner airlines and make their global air freight offering accessible to the cargo.one freight forwarder network.
• Investigate operational issues and drive maintenance projects to keep integrations running smoothly.
• Enable the cargo.one expansion strategy by supporting market launches and making supply globally accessible to freight forwarders.
• Implement, execute and automate enterprise forwarder onboarding processes.
• Highlight feature gaps with airline partners and enterprise customers and drive adoption projects to maximise the offering potential on cargo.one.
• Specify and implement tooling to improve internal operations and performance monitoring.
• Actively communicate within the organisation to ensure technical and business stakeholders are aligned on ongoing projects.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a product operations, product management or product analytics role running complex projects with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
• Practical and professional experience with SQL and Python.
• A strong growth mindset, biased to action, resilient, and a self-starter excited about tackling new challenges.
• Tech-savviness and enjoyment of learning tools and working with new technologies.
• Good listening skills, consensus building ability, and the ability to make hard decisions when required.
• A data-driven approach to decision making.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to embrace uncertainty and display a high level of adaptability.
• Willingness to learn and openness to accepting feedback, generously giving their own in return.

Nice to Have

• Technical background, such as a degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Professional work experience with JavaScript.
