Firstbase is looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive transformational improvements across our financial operations service delivery and user experience. You will bridge product management, engineering, and finance fulfillment services, using automation and low-code solutions to directly enhance our platform.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with a Product Manager, Finance Fulfillment Manager, and Tech Lead to build and maintain internal workflows and tools using platforms like Retool.
- Design, build, and manage integrations between internal systems and service providers.
- Utilize Retool and low code / no code to quickly prototype and deploy new backend product features, augmenting the engineering team and directly improving customer UX.
- Act as a technical point of contact, addressing customer-reported bugs, fielding support requests, and providing direct customer interaction to manage and resolve edge cases.
- Lead operational excellence initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency gains within the Finance Product services team.
- Support the team during peak operational periods, such as tax season, to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in a LatAm country.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, product operations, or bizops engineering roles.
- Demonstrated expertise with Retool or similar low-code/no-code platforms for rapid development.
- Proven ability to write and deploy production-level code (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
- Operational experience in managing integrations, automations, and technical support.
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot customer issues and manage customer relationships directly.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly during peak periods like tax filing season.
