SR Travel International S.L. is looking for a Product Operations & Contract Manager (M/W/D) to drive product development, contract negotiations, and market expansion for our B2B travel wholesaler specializing in group and series tours.
What You'll Do
- Develop new products and perform market-oriented calculations for group tours and series.
- Independently negotiate contracts with service providers worldwide and manage contract creation.
- Acquire new service providers and develop target destinations within your area of responsibility.
- Handle procurement of service providers and external services.
- Participate in tourism fairs and international events.
- Create competitive analyses and conduct ongoing market observation.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training or a degree in tourism.
- Practical experience with a tour operator, destination agency, or the hotel industry.
- A solution-oriented, structured, and independent personality with strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills and a confident demeanor adaptable to different personalities.
- Proficient use of common computer programs.
- Very good English language skills.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
