Smart Apartment Data is hiring a remote Product Onboarding Specialist. You will be responsible for training new clients on our enterprise software platform through live virtual sessions, guiding them step-by-step to ensure they feel confident using the product independently.
What You'll Do
- Lead structured onboarding sessions for clients via Zoom.
- Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations.
- Guide clients step-by-step through workflows and features.
- Provide thoughtful responses to client questions during sessions.
- Maintain a professional and structured presence during all interactions.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience training, onboarding, or supporting customers in a software environment, OR experience teaching, facilitating, or leading structured sessions for professional/adult audiences.
- Professional English communication skills suitable for client-facing presentations.
- Experience explaining complex topics in a clear and accessible manner.
- Comfort leading live virtual sessions.
- A reliable remote work setup.
Nice to Have
- Background in software training or customer onboarding.
- Ability to learn new software quickly and explain it effectively.
- Experience in Customer Education, Enablement, or Implementation roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Experience handling high-value or demanding customers.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $1,800 – $2,200 per month.
- 100% Remote, location independent work.
