Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new restaurant partners across Rome
- Develop strategies to increase partner engagement and performance
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to assess satisfaction
- Provide actionable insights to improve sales and visibility
- Support onboarding and onboarding follow-up processes
- Negotiate commercial terms with new and existing partners
- Track and report on business development activities
- Respond to partner inquiries promptly and professionally
- Use data to identify expansion opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends
- Assist in launching promotional campaigns with partners
- Ensure partners meet platform standards and guidelines
- Drive adoption of value-added services
- Coordinate with marketing for localized initiatives
- Gather feedback to inform product improvements
- Manage partner lifecycle from onboarding to growth
- Optimize menu and pricing strategies in collaboration with partners
- Support crisis resolution during operational disruptions
- Contribute to regional strategy development
- Stay compliant with contractual and operational policies
- Train partners on platform tools and features
- Identify underperforming accounts and implement recovery plans
- Foster long-term relationships to reduce churn
