Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of intralogistics projects from concept to completion
- Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and IT
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address risks or delays
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
- Facilitate regular status updates and reporting to senior management
- Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse and distribution center workflows
- Lead change management efforts related to new logistics systems or processes
- Work closely with vendors and external partners on implementation activities
- Support the integration of automation and digital tools in material handling
- Maintain documentation for all project phases and decision points
- Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and performance tracking
- Align project outcomes with strategic business objectives
- Serve as primary point of contact for project-related inquiries
