Responsibilities

  • Work closely with brand and content teams to ensure consistent messaging

  • Manage timelines and deliverables across marketing and product teams
  • Support PR and external communications for major product announcements
  • Evaluate product performance using key metrics and user feedback
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new customer segments
  • Partner with analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations in marketing materials
  • Present product updates and strategies to executive leadership
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and support career development
  • Stay current on fintech trends and evolving consumer financial behaviors
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams during campaign development
  • Optimize product messaging across digital and mobile platforms
  • Translate technical product details into clear customer benefits
