Giesecke+Devrient – SecurityTech is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to accelerate growth in our global payment card and Fintech business. This role blends strategic market positioning and go-to-market planning with hands-on global product marketing execution.
What You'll Do
- Contribute to strategic activities including customer segmentation, product positioning, value proposition design, and competitive analysis.
- Take global ownership in defining and executing product marketing strategies and initiatives for selected business domains.
- Create and align product collaterals, sales assets, and global messaging frameworks for localization.
- Produce high-quality posts, articles, and case studies, leveraging AI/LLM tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications on PR, LinkedIn, and media initiatives for consistent global messaging.
- Design and coordinate global customer events like webinars and conference representation.
- Work closely with local marketing teams, sales heads, and global portfolio stakeholders across the G+D Group.
- Mentor local Sales teams in effectively leveraging LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Hold direct marketing responsibility and coordination for the Central Europe & UK region.
- Monitor global market and competitor developments to identify relevant trends.
- Engage with industry associations, media partners, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a B2B context.
- Professional-level English proficiency in writing, oral communication, and presentations.
- Strong LinkedIn experience, a compelling profile, and personal engagement on the platform.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience using AI (LLM) tools for content generation and analysis.
- Ability to coordinate and drive projects across multiple teams and geographies.
- Proven ability to deliver compelling messaging of a complex value proposition.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the retail banking, retail payments, or fintech industry.
- For exceptional candidates, relevant Sales or Business Development experience may be considered.

Team & Environment
You will operate as an individual contributor and expert, with no direct line management responsibility. The role involves intensive collaboration across internal marketing, portfolio, and sales teams.
