LearnWorlds is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team remotely in Europe. You will be the storyteller who turns our sophisticated e-learning platform into clear, resonant value for customers. This role drives product launches, shapes customer messaging, and uncovers insights to fuel retention, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience.
What You'll Do
- Plan go-to-market activities for new features, including sales decks, webinars, landing pages, and lifecycle emails.
- Craft crisp, compelling messaging for the platform and feature releases, grounded in customer success drivers.
- Develop programs and messaging to help customers discover more value, adopt more features, and grow their usage.
- Gather and share customer insights by talking to customers, synthesizing research, and tracking competitors.
- Optimize release communication processes using AI-powered tools to improve campaign building and messaging distribution.
- Define success metrics, monitor results, and iterate on what works for onboarding flows and campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in product marketing or growth marketing at a SaaS company.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to explain ideas simply and persuasively for different customer types.
- Hands-on experience with product launches, campaigns, and content creation.
- Endless curiosity about the customer and ability to think like a course seller, L&D manager, or training agency.
- Cross-functional confidence and experience working with product, sales, support, and analytics teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Mixpanel, in-app messaging, and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Comfortable running A/B tests and optimizing for results.
Nice to Have
- Experience with lifecycle or retention marketing.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages or onboarding flows.
- Experience marketing to SMBs, consultants, or educators.
- A strong point of view on how AI is changing marketing and team operations.
- A passion for education, creativity, and helping small businesses scale.

Team & Environment
You will be part of a growing Product Marketing team and report to the Head of Product Marketing. The work is project-based and cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with the wider Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams.
