Hightouch is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, Partnerships to join our growth team. You will work to deepen relationships and drive new business by marketing to, through, and with our partners. You will be instrumental in building our partner marketing motion.
What You'll Do
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, aligning marketing efforts to drive mutual success.
- Create and define differentiating product and solution positioning tailored for each partner.
- Plan and execute strategic joint marketing campaigns, sales plays, and co-branded initiatives.
- Develop compelling marketing content with partners, including blogs, presentations, and webinars.
- Develop training, resources, and sales plays to enable partner sales teams.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Proficient in turning complex, technology-heavy topics into digestible, compelling stories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear, persuasive messaging.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical product aspects and benefits to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Experience improving strategic partnerships within ecosystems like Snowflake or Salesforce.
- Previous experience in a startup environment, demonstrating adaptability.
- Familiarity with customer data platforms, MarTech, AdTech, first-party data, and/or data warehouses.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $130,000-$145,000 USD per year.
- Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options.
