XTM Group is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy for our portfolio. You will craft compelling messaging, execute campaigns, and position the company as an industry leader. Your work will help enterprises reach global markets more efficiently by showcasing the value of our Translation Management platform.
What You'll Do
- Define use cases, product messaging, positioning, value propositions, and customer profiles for the XTM portfolio.
- Become a subject matter expert in Translation Management software, gaining an in-depth understanding of the market and products.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new SaaS products.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive demand, and acquire new customers.
- Develop tools and training to support the full sales cycle, including product demos, sales training, and competitive intelligence.
- Deliver key messages that enable the marketing team to execute high-quality digital and event-based campaigns.
- Work closely with demand generation teams to drive pipeline for the sales organisation.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including product sheets, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Represent XTM at speaking engagements, customer conferences, and in presentations to partner sales teams.
- Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that addresses customer needs and solutions.
- Create differentiated value propositions and communicate product value without using jargon.
- Leverage various channels such as social media, email marketing, and content marketing to reach target audiences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Partner closely with product management to deliver on end-to-end scenarios and execute product launches.
- Provide sales teams with the tools and resources they need to effectively communicate product value.
- Develop and deliver product training and host thought leadership sessions for internal teams and external partners.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing or product management experience at an enterprise-focused software or SaaS company.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and messaging skills.
- Proven track record of marketing to highly technical audiences.
- Experience in taking a product from conceptualization through to launch in collaboration with other departments.
- Proven ability to think strategically, prioritise, problem solve and execute independently.
- Project management skills to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, including sending emails.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Willingness for some travel as required, including approximately once a month to London for team meetings.

- Partner Marketing experience is desired.
- People Management experience is a plus.
- HubSpot experience is a plus.
