Linus Health is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to focus on the US healthcare market. In this role, you'll craft compelling narratives and build breakthrough campaigns to fuel adoption and engagement among clinical audiences at hospitals, health systems, and large practices. You'll partner across the company to connect our products with the needs of healthcare buyers.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product features and releases.
- Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute smooth product launches and drive adoption.
- Develop and execute high-impact, inventive campaigns tailored to healthcare buyers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Craft clear and compelling product messaging and value propositions for healthcare stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales to develop sales tools, presentations, and collateral.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and competitive differentiation.
- Use customer insights to fine-tune messaging and plan co-marketing opportunities.
- Develop content for product launches, case studies, whitepapers, website copy, blogs, and social media.
- Define and track key performance indicators for product marketing activities.
- Partner with product management to translate product features into customer-centric marketing messages.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in digital health and/or healthcare.
- Effective understanding of healthcare technology and trends, with experience marketing software solutions to healthcare professionals and organizations.
- A storyteller’s mindset with the ability to translate complex product features into compelling benefits.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, positioning, and sales enablement for healthcare SaaS products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, building relationships and driving alignment.
