Samsung Electronics America is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our Display product line. You will partner with category leaders on roadmap development, pricing, and go-to-market execution. This role is central to creating compelling market narratives and driving product success through strategic analysis and clear communication.
What You'll Do
- Modify roadmap updates and manage product lifecycle, pricing requests, bids, RFQ/RFP responses, and SKU readiness in partnership with category leaders.
- Create and present product marketing decks to prospective schools, key accounts, and executive leadership.
- Perform weekly competitive pricing and promotional analysis, including gap closure plans versus targets, market share tracking, and GTM strategies for LCD/LED products.
- Define category sales targets, inventory goals, and market share objectives.
- Coordinate Tier 2 and Tier 3 channel development initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of promotional plans and programs.
- Provide trade show support and management.
- Manage communications regarding security patches, bug fixes, and OS updates to all stakeholders, coordinating with HQ.
- Support the Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Partner (VOP) data collection and analysis process for the signage category as part of the master GTM plan.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of related professional experience.
- Direct experience with Education technologies and consumer electronics.
- Understanding of Education and Interactive industry market data tracking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to provide clarity in complex situations.
- Experience producing highly effective presentations for internal and external customers, as well as executives.
- A passion for creating great customer experiences and for solving problems.
- Ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly to prioritize tasks, complete work, and meet deadlines.
Nice to Have
- An MBA.
- Experience working within a multi-tiered sales organization with both direct customers and channel/distribution partners.
- Familiarity with PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.
