LE1055 Perceptive Informatics is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Content Enablement to bridge product strategy and execution for our Medical Imaging and Clinical Trials SaaS solutions. You will combine hands-on content creation with strategic market insights to drive adoption and refine our go-to-market narrative.
What You'll Do
- Create and own clear, differentiated positioning and value messaging for priority segments and personas.
- Drive adoption readiness and enablement to improve understanding and utilization of technology.
- Create internal and external go-to-market plans with measurable impact on adoption and pipeline.
- Work with UX and marketing to create compelling, on-brand assets delivered via reusable templates.
- Conduct regular analysis of customer feedback, win/loss, and market signals to refine narrative and assets.
- Collaborate with clinical trial sponsors, imaging CROs, and site users to gather insights.
- Drive strategy with commercial, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Analyze competitive landscape in medical imaging SaaS, AI capabilities, and regulatory trends.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy.
- Develop differentiated value propositions per customer segment.
- Size target markets and segments; define personas, jobs-to-be-done, and adoption triggers.
- Own product/feature positioning and messaging across the proposition canvas.
- Build and execute tiered go-to-market plans for launches and releases.
- Provide feedback to product managers on which market problems to address.
- Lead education, outreach, and demo programs to engage stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the voice of the customer and market within the organization.
- Lead the analysis of clinical imaging workflows to identify automation opportunities.
- Evaluate usability and accessibility of product designs and prototypes.
- Drive business process reengineering to reduce imaging review cycles and accelerate trial locks.
- Design and produce commercial and marketing assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks.
- Create web/landing pages and gated content in collaboration with marketing.
- Produce short-form demo videos/animations and screen captures.
- Partner with product and UX teams to build product demos and in-product tours.
- Train commercial teams on narrative, qualification, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
- Support executive briefings with talk tracks and visuals.
- Analyze win/loss, CRM, and product analytics to integrate insights into messaging.
- Provide functional leadership to Product Managers on visual design and communication strategies.
- Support senior leadership with executive and board level strategic requests.
What We're Looking For
- Solid proven experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or Strategic Marketing in life sciences tech, pharma/CRO.
- Demonstrable experience producing enablement content and training teams.
- Solid proven experience and knowledge of medical imaging or clinical development in the life sciences industry.
- Demonstrable experience building and maintaining skills improvement training programs.
- Experience coaching and training colleagues in product marketing management practices.
- Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) in the life sciences industry.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, PET, X-ray, ultrasound), imaging endpoints, and clinical review workflows.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (FDA, EMA) and compliance standards (21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, HIPAA).
- Strong visual design skills with a portfolio of PMM assets.
- Strong public speaker.
- Data-driven mindset; ability to translate analytics into action.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Good understanding of medical imaging in a clinical trial setting.
- Knowledge of imaging data standards (DICOM, NIfTI).
- Proficiency in Design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- High interpersonal awareness and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in ROI modelling and business case development.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated, and cross-functional environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in emerging technology spaces.
- Self-starter able to work under own initiative.
