Molecule Software is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be a key part of our go-to-market operations, defining product positioning and enabling our sales and customer success teams. You will be the voice of the customer and the essential bridge between product, sales, and marketing.
What You'll Do
- Own Molecule’s positioning, messaging, and differentiation for enterprise buyers.
- Play a key role in developing go-to-market strategies for product launches and new features.
- Create compelling sales enablement tools, including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards.
- Collaborate with Product to gather customer and prospect feedback to influence the roadmap.
- Lead competitive research and analysis, as well as market intelligence efforts.
- Own analyst relationships to ensure key analysts are up-to-speed on Molecule’s latest product developments.
- Collaborate with Content Marketing to craft product content for website, blog, webinars, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in B2B or enterprise SaaS product marketing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales, buying process, and technical buyer personas.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior and market trends.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead independently.
- Experience with leading enterprise technology industry analysts.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the ETRM/CTRM or EnergyTech space.
- Experience in the energy, commodities, or fintech industries.
- Prior startup or scale-up experience.
