AGCO Corporation – Your Agriculture Company is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to drive strategic, tactical, and operational product lifecycle management for our agricultural technology. You will be the central interface coordinating between functions, regions, and countries to ensure our products meet market needs and achieve successful introductions.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic, tactical, and operational product lifecycle management, including market observation, competitive analysis, and development of the Customer Value Proposition.
- Actively shape product strategy and roadmap, incorporating international market requirements into development processes for technical specifications, quality standards, and pricing.
- Plan and secure market launches, hand over key sales arguments, and support sales promotion measures.
- Identify necessary product maintenance measures and ensure their implementation throughout the lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional exchange and lead the market launch team for product introductions.
- Organize and moderate international committees and Voice of Customer events to ensure competitiveness, quality, and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in a technical or agricultural economics field.
- High affinity for agricultural technology and farming.
- Solid knowledge of products, markets, and competitors, with a pronounced conceptual and results-oriented way of working.
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and a teamwork mindset.
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- International willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge in the field of round balers or square balers.
