Crogl is hiring its first Product Marketing Manager to build out go-to-market strategy and content creation. You'll work at the intersection of Product and GTM to shape messaging, drive demand, and connect innovations to customer value. This is a critical role for the company's next stage of growth.
What You'll Do
- Own positioning, messaging, and narrative development for product offerings.
- Partner with Product to translate roadmap features into compelling benefits.
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence to differentiate us in the market.
- Create sales enablement tools: battlecards, one-pagers, decks, and case studies.
- Develop and manage product launches and release marketing campaigns.
- Interview customers and conduct market research to inform messaging.
- Track and report on product marketing KPIs and performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing in a Cybersecurity company.
- 3+ years of experience working as a security practitioner.
- Proven experience launching security products and driving GTM programs from scratch.
- Experience and passion for creating security product content to help drive customer demand.
- Strong understanding of Crogl’s user personas and ability to translate requirements back to Product.
- A strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to communicate to multiple levels from CISOs to practitioner to analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to security analysts, security leaders and CISOs.
- Familiarity with threat detection, XDR, SIEM, or SOC workflows.
- Prior experience in early-stage startup environments.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Notion, Webflow, and Figma.
