NetApp is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the customer, a strategic storyteller, and a go-to-market orchestrator. You will own messaging and positioning, drive launch excellence, and deliver insights that shape product strategy and accelerate adoption.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end messaging stack from platform to solutions, products, and buyer personas.
- Develop differentiated positioning and value propositions anchored in customer outcomes.
- Craft compelling messaging that translates technology into customer outcomes.
- Maintain messaging toolkits and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Conduct TAM/SAM analysis, buyer research, and competitive benchmarking.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights for roadmap and GTM strategy.
- Lead product launches, develop enablement assets (playbooks, demos, talk tracks), and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Build integrated marketing and launch plans, including budget considerations.
- Build solution frameworks for high-value plays like AI pipelines, cyber resilience, and hybrid cloud modernization.
- Translate technical capabilities into business-value narratives and architectures.
- Develop tailored content to empower sellers and partners.
- Understand routes-to-market and collaborate on partner activation strategies.
- Support analyst briefings and submissions to secure leadership positioning.
- Drive messaging and demo strategy for events, conferences, and executive briefings.
- Contribute to offer strategy, monetization models, and portfolio rationalization.
- Provide pricing insights and support TCO/TVO narratives.
- Track launch success, pipeline impact, and adoption metrics to optimize GTM strategies.
- Measure effectiveness of messaging and content and optimize based on KPIs and feedback loops.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in a product marketing role within an enterprise technology or cloud solutions company.
- Strong storytelling and messaging capabilities.
- Deep understanding of buyer personas, customer journeys, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to bridge technical concepts with business value.
- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience plus a Bachelor's degree in a related technical or marketing field.

- Experience and expertise with one or more of these areas: AI, Cyber-Resilience, NetApp Data Platform, Storage-as-a-Service, Customer Success.
