Trane Technologies is looking for a Product Marketing Leader to define and execute the product strategy for our Business Unit-owned products across North and Southeast Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from market insight and roadmap definition to commercialization and portfolio optimization, ensuring alignment with both regional and business unit priorities.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the BU product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives and driving execution to meet business priorities.
- Achieve the BU’s shared financial targets and take accountability for the commercial performance of the product portfolio.
- Develop and own the BU-level product marketing strategy and annual execution plans, fully aligned with Asia Pacific portfolio direction.
- Interface directly with external markets, customers, partners, and sales offices to gather and prioritize needs, delivering actionable insights for strategy.
- Lead customer and competitor analysis, define value propositions, and translate these into winning go-to-market strategies.
- Enable Sales, Technical Support, and Service teams with technical and commercial capability development.
- Act as the owner of business cases for BU-specific and relevant AP-level New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
- Oversee the product commercialization process, ensuring successful launch, training, pipeline development, and performance tracking.
- Represent the BU in the AP NPD Committee, advocating for necessary investment, resources, and support.
- Champion a culture of customer-centric innovation within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing or product management within an industrial or HVAC context.
- Demonstrated success delivering commercial outcomes such as market share growth, profit growth, or CGI in a business unit or regional capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and influence multifunctional teams, with experience in new product development, product launches, and full lifecycle product management.
- Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong market and customer orientation, along with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- Deep knowledge of North and Southeast Asian markets, including local market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in a major Asian language.

Reporting to the Regional Leadership, you will work cross-functionally to understand market needs and guide product strategy across the region.
