Diligent Corporation is hiring a Product Marketing professional to lead and be responsible for the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for our core customer segments in the EMEA and APAC regions. In this role, you will build stories to engage clients, create demand, and differentiate our Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute go-to-market strategies for Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
- Provide foundational insights including market analysis, TAM, ICPs, personas, customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer to guide decisions.
- Develop compelling and consistent messaging and create content, sales collateral, and enablement tools.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns in partnership with Sales and Marketing to achieve revenue and customer engagement targets.
- Equip sales and customer success teams with training, tools, and assets to support pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Create and implement annual/quarterly marketing plans that identify opportunities, articulate messaging, and generate leads.
- Work with product, sales, marketing, and enablement teams to execute market research, define buyer personas, and align on positioning and enablement strategies.
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for the GRC platform and ensure consistent communication of the value proposition.
- Collaborate with the Product Strategy team to monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer feedback.
- Lead cross-functional product launch activities, ensuring successful market introduction and customer education.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and pricing.
- Proven ability to build market stories and create demand in competitive landscapes.
- Strong foundational skills in market analysis, TAM assessment, ICP development, and persona creation.
- Experience developing sales collateral, content, and enablement tools for sales and customer success teams.
- Track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to create and execute marketing plans that identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Experience executing market research and aligning cross-functional teams on positioning and messaging.
- Skill in monitoring competitive landscapes and translating customer feedback into strategy.
- Experience leading cross-functional product launch activities.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Finance.
