Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, working on internal platforms or complex B2B/B2C systems.
- Strong Product culture and mastery of main techniques and frameworks of Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, Product Strategy, etc.).
- Experience working with internal stakeholders and understanding complex trading operational needs.
- Data-driven approach and ability to measure the impact of implemented solutions.
- Expertise in transforming conflicting or ambiguous inputs from internal stakeholders into clear and actionable plans.
- Solid technical knowledge to master threads with technical partners.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English
