Decile Group is hiring a Product Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a product surface from discovery through launch, including defining the problem, writing specifications, driving alignment, overseeing delivery, and conducting post-launch follow-up to ensure success; you are accountable for outcomes, not just outputs.
• Write specifications that engineers appreciate, covering functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and open questions, all resolved before a ticket enters the sprint; you respect engineering time by completing your preparation.
• Maintain close contact with Decile Group customers by shadowing calls, conducting user interviews, reviewing support tickets, and synthesizing findings into clear, actionable insights; represent the customer while balancing business priorities.
• Utilize AI to enhance your effectiveness as a product manager, applying it to discovery synthesis, competitive research, specification drafting, user segmentation, and any other area that sharpens your thinking or accelerates your work.
• Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap by collaborating with stakeholders across Decile Group to determine the sequence and rationale for features; proactively communicate timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at Decile Group, including engineering, operations, legal operations, and customer success, bringing clarity and structure to workflows and ensuring alignment.
