Responsibilities
- Define product use cases and translate business needs into clear product features, roadmap and measurable outcomes
- Align stakeholders on priorities, value, and success metrics
- Own the product lifecycle across discovery, MVP development, and scaled delivery
- Prioritize features and manage scope, tradeoffs, and dependencies across delivery teams
- Lead product workshops, quarterly planning and executive updates with client stakeholders
- Communicate product vision, priorities, product roadmap, and risks across business and technical teams
- Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate use cases into product capabilities
- Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality digital products
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, product definition, and documentation
- Prototype concepts and integrate AI capabilities into client product solutions where appropriate
- Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies
- Drive development of KAANNAN’s AI-native product delivery playbook
Requirements
- Background working at the intersection of business strategy, product definition, and technical delivery
- Consulting or advisory experience (Big 4, boutique consulting, or product studio) strongly valued
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive structured product outcomes
- Familiarity with modern product and AI development tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, Figma, Jira, and Confluence
Nice to Have
- 7–10 years of experience in product management, technology consulting, or digital strategy
- Preferred experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries
- 3+ years product management experience (preferably in Enterprise SaaS solutions, Life Sciences, or customer-facing health products)
- 1+ year of recent experience delivering AI enabled products or solutions
