dsm-firmenich is seeking a Product Manager for Mycotoxin Risk Management to lead global strategy and demand creation for our innovative animal nutrition solutions. You will be pivotal in shaping the commercial future of this critical product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Develop strategic and commercial plans with regional teams to drive global portfolio growth.
- Support development and drive implementation of global product life cycle management strategies.
- Craft and implement a value-based pricing strategy, including value propositions and customer segmentation.
- Support negotiations at large accounts, maintain competitive intelligence, and manage commercial operations.
- Provide technical sales support for key customers, own the technical product story, and train the sales organization.
- Propose differentiated solutions and service offerings to increase market penetration and share.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in animal science, nutrition, or a related discipline.
- Business leadership with 10 years of experience in the animal or agriculture field.
- Strong customer orientation and a high degree of autonomy with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate global strategy into regional market reality with innovative thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and strong presentation abilities.
Nice to Have
- A post-graduate degree in business management or marketing.
