Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance mature games through strategic updates that preserve user engagement and financial performance over time.
- Develop and manage 3-6 month product roadmaps using player behavior data, economy health indicators, and churn analysis to prioritize high-impact initiatives with limited development capacity.
- Use historical and real-time analytics to guide decisions on game balance and live operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for existing players.
- Oversee the transition of games from growth phases into stable, efficient operations by managing event schedules, in-game stores, and economic systems.
- Implement focused feature improvements and live-ops tools tailored to optimized, scaled titles—from initial design through deployment and performance review.
- Adapt to evolving needs in a live-service environment by applying structured product management practices to support ongoing game health and operational efficiency.
