The intern will assist in rolling out Analytics Platform 2.0, a major data transformation initiative, by supporting the Product Manager in transition coordination, creating training resources, tracking adoption, and serving as a bridge between teams during migration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the rollout of Analytics Platform 2.0 by maintaining the project roadmap, tracking progress, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution
- Develop tailored training content such as onboarding guides, tutorials, and self-service documentation for various user roles including analysts, business users, and platform contributors
- Track adoption metrics and data quality by building dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying potential risks or obstacles early
- Serve as a primary point of contact for teams during migration by gathering feedback, compiling questions, and relaying priorities to the core team
- Help establish platform governance frameworks and documentation to ensure long-term sustainability of the transition
- Create a structured onboarding program for new platform users, incorporating AI-powered support tools to enable independent learning and troubleshooting
- Design and maintain a real-time dashboard that tracks user engagement, training completion, and migration status across teams
- Coordinate go-live phases with stakeholders and support dual-running operations to reduce disruptions during the transition
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on Product Management, Data, or Digital technologies
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, milestone setting, stakeholder coordination, and follow-through on deliverables
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and completing tasks without direct supervision
- Curious and engaged with data platforms and emerging technologies
- Comfortable with hands-on work and willing to engage directly in operational tasks
- Collaborative team member who contributes positively to team dynamics
- Fully proficient in professional English
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship beginning in July, based in Bordeaux
- Must have an approved internship agreement from their academic institution
