Innovatrics is hiring a Product Manager for our Identity Verification as a Service offering. Your mission is to take a working MVP with initial customers and evolve it into a state-of-the-art, scalable, and compliant cloud product that competes at the top of the market. You will own the IDV as a Service roadmap and lead end-to-end delivery of major SaaS initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Learn our IDV portfolio, cloud architecture, and product landscape.
- Build working relationships with Platform, Engineering, Revenue, and Leadership.
- Shadow product and solution strategy sessions and customer calls.
- Map current use cases, pricing, contracts, and support model.
- Own the IDV as a Service roadmap and align it with business strategy.
- Drive priorities across technical readiness, customer value, and revenue impact.
- Partner with Platform on AWS architecture, multi-tenancy, security, observability, and SLAs.
- Stand up a partner ecosystem plan for sanctions lists, AML, and document verification providers; make build-vs-buy calls.
- Design business models, pricing and packaging that support scale and margin goals.
- Enable Sales and Presales with demos, collateral, and reference architectures.
- Communicate progress to the IDV Cluster Manager and Leadership.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of major SaaS initiatives from discovery to rollout.
- Reach production-grade reliability with clear SLOs and incident playbooks.
- Establish tiered pricing and improve gross margin through platform efficiency.
- Expand vertical coverage across fintech and other regulated industries.
- Contribute materially to IDV revenue growth and market penetration.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience launching and scaling B2B SaaS products or platforms.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end IDV workflows and customer use cases, or adjacent KYC/fintech compliance domains.
- Practical experience with cloud product delivery on AWS including multi-tenant patterns, security, data protection, and observability.
- Demonstrated ability to set roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, platform, revenue, partners, and customers.
- Data-informed decision making and strong problem solving.
- Clear written and verbal communication in hybrid and remote settings.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of regulations and certifications relevant to IDV and KYC; familiarity with eIDAS and the evolving EUDIW framework is a plus.

You'll be joining a small team and will report to the IDV Cluster Manager. You will work closely with the Platform leadership and the Chief Solution Officer.
