Hims & Hers is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Consumer to join our team. In this role, you'll define the strategy and roadmap for transformative digital healthcare initiatives, working from first principles of customer need and taking a technology-forward approach.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive product strategy for transformative consumer healthcare experiences aligned with our long-term vision
- Translate customer needs and company strategy into seamless experiences that build trust, engagement, and retention
- Partner with design, engineering, clinicians, and researchers to identify friction points and build empathetic solutions
- Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery to iteration
- Establish clear success metrics and rigorously measure impact
- Mentor PMs and cross-functional partners, contributing to product practices evolution
- Serve as a champion for the next era of digital healthcare with the consumer perspective at the heart
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 4+ years leading consumer apps at scale
- Proven record of delivering user-centric, high-impact products
- Strong strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluency with product analytics, experimentation, and user research
- Deep empathy for users navigating sensitive health issues and passion for using technology to improve lives
