Requirements
- Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success
- Proven experience in iGaming/Trading and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have)
- Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests
- Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces
- Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data
- Ability to find balance between user value and product economics
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language
