What You’ll Do
- Own deployment success for key accounts—from scoping to go-live and beyond—ensuring AI agents deliver real operational impact
- Diagnose blockers, whether technical, process-related, or organizational, and lead the development of durable platform fixes
- Partner directly with enterprise customer experience leaders to design and execute transformation roadmaps powered by AI
- Turn field insights into product enhancements, ensuring each deployment strengthens the platform for everyone
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks, including automated testing, performance tracking, and QA systems, to continuously improve agent intelligence
- Lead full launch cycles, from internal testing to general availability, including customer training and enablement
- Demonstrate products firsthand and support go-to-market efforts by co-selling alongside sales teams
- Be an active presence in customer communities, known for expertise and responsiveness
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product management, solutions engineering, technical account management, or customer success with a technical focus
- Proven ability to work deeply with enterprise clients and complex technical products
- Natural fluency with AI tools and workflows—comfortable pushing the limits of LLMs and AI coding environments
- Technical understanding of integrations, including webhooks, OAuth, and API-driven systems
- Track record of shipping features, writing clear documentation, running demos, and measuring impact
- Deep empathy for customer challenges and a clear vision of excellent customer experience
- Skill in diagnosing root causes—technical, operational, or organizational—and prioritizing effectively
- Ability to advise senior leaders on transformation strategy, process design, and organizational change
- Availability to work during North American business hours
