Work Flexibility: Remote or Hybrid or Onsite We are searching for an innovative and performance-driven Product Manager to spearhead promotional efforts for AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) products throughout Canada. This position emphasizes guiding both consumer-direct and channel-based marketing, engaging closely with 22 nationwide distributors. The perfect candidate demonstrates robust business marketing expertise, digital promotional understanding, and a demonstrated capability to motivate and connect with business partners. This represents an extraordinary chance to enter a dynamic, high-impact environment, designing marketing approaches, executing campaigns, and delivering quantifiable outcomes while supporting the advancement of life-preserving technologies. What you will do: • Analyze customer segments, comprehending purchasing motivations and product approach • Evaluate various marketing channel methodologies and corresponding business implications • Monitor and communicate performance indicators to executive and sales teams • Identify key market competitors, assessing their comparative advantages/limitations • Communicate product attributes tailored to specific customer requirements • Sustain customer relationships and deeply comprehend client needs • Contribute to developing critical strategic documentation • Understand customer perceived value and product portfolio attributes • Articulate product value proposition and problem-solving capabilities • Design marketing strategies enhancing customer-product relationships • Recommend objectives for generating clinical evidence • Connect product goals with organizational strategic objectives • Synthesize market trends and propose strategic focus areas • Generate innovative sales tools and communication frameworks • Apply clinical and technical knowledge to communicate value effectively • Collaborate with sales training to establish product strategy • Manage product lifecycle obsolescence planning • Provide analytical support for pricing strategies • Establish short-term and long-term improvement objectives • Analyze customer satisfaction trends • Provide marketing intelligence with strategic insights • Develop social media strategy to stimulate demand and increase brand visibility • Track digital engagement metrics • Identify and prioritize market growth sectors • Collaborate with professional associations to expand reach What you will need Required: • Bachelor's degree required • 4+ years of work experience required Preferred: • 2+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred • B2B and/or B2C experience preferred Travel Percentage: 20%
