Google is hiring a Product Manager to lead the strategic direction and roadmap for our Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) AI Storage Infrastructure. You will be responsible for guiding products that support next-generation AI training and inference from conception to launch, connecting technical and business worlds across a wide range of functions.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic direction for GDC AI Storage Infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI.
- Define the long-term roadmap for GDC AI Storage Infrastructure to power next-generation AI training and inference.
- Lead the deployment and optimization of Gemini Storage Infrastructure across air-gapped, connected, and regulated environments.
- Mentor a high-performing product team while managing strategic relationships with executive stakeholders and technology partners.
- Balance performance requirements with the strict data residency and sovereignty needs of global customers.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- 5 years of experience taking storage products from conception to launch.
- Experience with the infrastructure requirements specific to Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience managing executive-level relationships and participating in technology partnerships or industry consortiums.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 10 years of experience in product management, with 5 years of experience in the Infrastructure as a Service, security domain.
- 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
- 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
- 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $240,000-$334,000.
