GFT Technologies SE is looking for a Senior Product & Strategy Lead to own the strategic and functional development of the Smaragd Compliance Suite, our AI-powered platform for combating financial crime and meeting regulatory requirements. You will define the global product strategy and act as the critical bridge between market demands, regulations, product vision, and technology.
What You'll Do
- Take global responsibility for the functional and strategic development of the AI-powered Smaragd Compliance Suite.
- Define and steer the global product strategy, including value proposition, market positioning, and the international product roadmap.
- Bridge between market, regulation, product vision, and technology by deriving strategic requirements and evaluating new use cases, industries, and segments.
- Translate market and regulatory insights into epics and capabilities in collaboration with Engineering and own portfolio management and functional architecture.
- Provide innovative leadership on key components like risk models, screening technologies, and AI-based compliance functions.
- Establish and ensure functional governance, including traceability, quality standards, and global frameworks.
- Lead strategic customer and regulator interactions at the executive level, and manage RFPs, workshops, and product reviews.
- Take stakeholder and leadership responsibility towards executive leadership, sales, and legal teams, while functionally leading and mentoring product managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, compliance, or RegTech.
- Solid expertise in AML, KYC, sanctions screening, and payments.
- Very good understanding of operational compliance processes in banks, such as transaction monitoring, screening, CDD, reporting, and alert handling.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into a strategic product vision.
- Strong orientation towards market dynamics, competition, and innovation.
- Confident stakeholder management at the executive level.
- Proven leadership skills and functional thought leadership.
- Very good German and English language skills.
