GFT Technologies SE is looking for an International Product Manager to shape the future of our Smaragd Compliance Suite, a leading AI-powered solution for financial crime prevention. In this role, you will be responsible for defining country-specific product requirements for international markets and translating complex regulatory texts into clear product specifications.
What You'll Do
- Define country-specific product requirements for international markets (EU, USA, LATAM) within the Smaragd Compliance Suite.
- Analyze international regulatory requirements in AML, KYC, sanctions, and payments, deriving relevant product requirements.
- Further develop regulatory functions by translating complex regulations into understandable use cases, functional specifications, and structured requirements.
- Collaborate closely with strategic product management to effectively implement product and market strategy.
- Create market and competitive analyses and support RFIs, tenders, and evaluation processes from a regulatory perspective.
- Exchange with compliance officers and subject matter experts from our customers to validate requirements.
- Create precise technical documentation, use cases, feature descriptions, and regulatory argumentation papers.
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in product management, business analysis, or a compliance environment, ideally in banking, payments, or AFC software.
- Good understanding of AML, KYC, and sanctions processes as well as regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
- High affinity for legal and regulatory texts and the ability to derive clear requirements, specifications, and use cases from them.
- Solid understanding of operational compliance processes (e.g., transaction monitoring, screening, CDD, reporting, alert processing).
- Structured, analytical way of working and pronounced attention to detail in regulatory matters.
- Very good German and English language skills.
- A team-oriented, proactive work style, willingness to learn, and motivation to engage with international regulatory topics.
