H.B. Fuller is looking for a Product Manager to own product strategy and drive growth for a multi-regional portfolio. You will be responsible for leading product development from conception to phase-out, working within a collaborative culture where every employee is seen, heard, and respected.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of product strategy and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with strategic marketing, R&D, and commercial teams to align product direction with market needs.
- Conduct comprehensive product line research and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
- Recommend pricing strategies to support revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product development and phase-outs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and direction to a multi-regional team and/or product line portfolio.
- Drive continuous improvement through the development of new tools, insights, and processes.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning and product line transformation.
- Support cross-GBU collaboration and influence decision-making at senior levels.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management.
- Experience in product branding within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Excel, BI tools, SAP, and product lifecycle management systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the adhesives, coatings, or roofing industry.
- Expertise in BOM costing analysis and P&L impact.
- Strong communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
