Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for STS and RMG automation systems, shaping the functional scope, modernization capabilities, and remote operation features that support terminal efficiency and safety. Define clear product objectives and translate operational needs from global terminals into actionable technical blueprints, ensuring alignment with real-time industrial requirements.
What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap from concept to maturity, guiding automation solutions across varying levels of technological modernization. Manage relationships with OEMs, evaluating in-house versus external development based on cost, control, data ownership, and adaptability. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and terminal teams to integrate system interfaces, remote control functions, and user requirements into a cohesive product vision.
Ensure product safety and compliance by working closely with functional safety and global safety teams. Support safety case development, lead pilot validations, and uphold product integrity throughout deployment. Translate business and performance criteria into technical specifications, driving QA testing and cybersecurity standards in line with OT and IT frameworks.
Partner with internal product leads and user communities to align cross-product requirements and deliver seamless, integrated solutions. Continuously gather and implement user feedback to refine functionality and enhance product maturity. Champion product management best practices and contribute to process optimization, backlog prioritization, and operational adoption across terminals.
