This role is for a dynamic direct-to-consumer streetwear brand recognized for rapid product development, intricate textile methodologies, and a global production framework. Tasks About the Role The Product Lead will manage the comprehensive lifecycle from prototype creation to mass manufacturing across all apparel categories. You will professionalize production infrastructure, accelerate developmental timelines, and expand the organization's international manufacturing network. This position demands extensive textile production expertise, superior operational capabilities, and the capacity to scale complex supply chains. Key Responsibilities - Manage the full process from sample development to large-scale production - Oversee sampling for core products (T-shirts, hoodies, sweaters, caps) and emerging categories (denim, outerwear, accessories) - Coordinate complex printing, embroidery, washing, dyeing, and finishing processes - Ensure consistent Sample → Production timelines of 1–2 months - Build new production lines and expand the international supplier network (Asia, Uzbekistan, Southeast Asia) - Manage offshore factories, production partners, and external agencies - Oversee purchasing, supply chain planning, cost control, and quality assurance - Work closely with Design, Marketing, and Operations on feasibility and timelines - Support the development of new materials and technical product categories - Establish documentation, compliance, and production standards - Travel internationally to production partners as needed Requirements - Several years of experience in apparel production, garment technology, or textile manufacturing - Strong end-to-end understanding of fabrics, construction, printing, and finishing - Proven ability to manage high-volume productions (5,000–30,000+ units) - Experience working with international suppliers and offshore manufacturing - Track record of establishing or scaling new production setups is a strong plus - Excellent supplier management and project coordination skills - Ability to manage multiple timelines and product categories simultaneously Benefits - Remote-first work culture with flexibility, Fulltime (FTE or B2B Contract) - Direct impact on production strategy and scaling - High autonomy and fast decision-making - Opportunity to build a global production ecosystem - Close collaboration with Design, Marketing, and Operations - A role with strong influence on product quality, speed, and innovation Updated: 1 day ago Job ID: 15258832
