About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Lead – Institutional & Enterprise who will define strategic positioning, understanding, and adoption of our technology among banks, fintechs, asset managers, corporates, and regulated market participants.
You will develop narratives, go-to-market strategies, and industry-focused marketing programs that help traditional finance and enterprise stakeholders comprehend the value, feasibility, and business impact of our advanced technological approach.
This role is ideal for someone who can translate sophisticated technological concepts into compelling, commercially relevant stories for executives, technical teams, and product buyers across the institutional ecosystem.

Positioning & Messaging

Go-to-Market & Launch Strategy
- Lead GTM and launch planning for enterprise-focused products, integrations, and features
- Collaborate with product, business development, compliance, and engineering teams
Market Intelligence
- Conduct comprehensive research on institutional blockchain landscape
- Map buyer personas, decision-making processes, and industry pain points
Content & Enablement
- Generate high-quality materials for enterprise audiences:
- Executive briefs
- Solution one-pagers
- Pitch decks
- Institutional case studies
- Whitepapers and product overviews
- Market analyses
- Develop frameworks supporting sales and partnership teams
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with financial institutions and ecosystem partners

Measurement & Optimization
- Define adoption and campaign performance KPIs

Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years in product marketing, enterprise marketing, solution marketing
